Whilst trying to avoid the farce that was the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday night, I ended up tuning into Virgin Radio Xtreme which is my latest radio station of favour after abandoning XFM in search of a station that doesn't repeat the same tracks every hour without fail.
Anyway, they played the song "Morden" by Good Shoes. I live and work not a million miles from Morden and have had the misfortune on several occasions to attend meetings there. My friends and I have nicknamed the place Mordor as it is also a "Land of Shadow" - in this case of the huge Civic Centre that dominates the skies.

Im from Morden, Abbotsbury Rd. One word...Shithole! Nice one bringing the terror of Morden to the internet community's attention.Apart from the fantastic Morden Hall Park, I couldn't agree more.
